The prices include face printing of camera ready copy in any of our 5 standard ink colors which are:

Black • Reflex Blue • 185 Red • Process Yellow • 347 Green. For PMS color add $35.00 per run.

Back or Flap Printing: Back and flap printing is available. Contact sales service with specifications for a quotation.

Copy Change: For changing copy on standard envelopes of the same size that are priced in combinatioin. The charge per copy change is $10.00.

Composition: Quoted on request when a large amount of type must be set or an electronic file needs to be and can be adjusted.

Drilling: For drilling holes in inter-company or payment envelopes. Contact sales service with specification for a quotation.

Shrink Wrapping: Contact sales service with specifications for a quotation.

Commercial Ink Match: When the above inks are not suitable and when a PMS number is supplied, non-metallic ink can be commercially matched. Charges of $35.00 per ink per order. No exact ink match is guaranteed at anytime. Selective metallic inks are available subject to additional surcharge and order acceptance. Certain 2 color ink combinations may require additional running charges.

Color Separation: Note: Some colors cannot be separated, therefore please furnish color separated artwork, negatives or an electronic file whenever possible.

Make-Ready: Required when print coverage exceeds normal corner card area or face printed area. The charge will range from $7.50 to $45.00 per printed envelope side.

Proofs: For furnishing a mock-up sample of a requested imprint and/or envelope size or style. The proof must be requested and the applicable proof charge will apply. Press proofs are also available at an additional cost.

Emergency Service: For expedited service of envelope and letterhead products. Upcharges, order minimums and estimated delivery time varies per product required. Accordingly, each request is on an individualized basis. Under no circumstances will any amount other than the emergency charge be refunded if order fails to ship within the emergency service lead-time originally estimated. Minimum charge will be $50.00 per order. Any air freight charges will be the responsibility of the client regardless if the shipment was delayed in manufacturing.
